Send TRW parts questions to the right lane

Use this page for quote requests, fitment questions, catalog data needs, and distributor supply discussions. The fastest request includes vehicle range, part family, current references, quantities, delivery region, and timing.

If the request is still early, send the operating setting first. A garage, fleet, warranty desk, e-commerce catalog, and OES sourcing team each need a different response path. Naming the setting helps TRW support prepare the right first reply.

What to include before the first reply

A useful request does not need a long introduction. Send the vehicle coverage, product category families, part numbers you already use, target order volume, and any document requirements. TRW support will use that information to place the request into a fitment, supply, or documentation lane.

For urgent service needs, note the dispatch window and whether substitute references are acceptable. For planned distributor programs, include monthly or quarterly volume expectations. For catalog teams, attach any cross-reference file or listing rules that should shape the response.

When a request covers more than one category family, separate brake, steering, suspension, and engine notes into short groups. That keeps the reply useful for purchasing, catalog loading, and service planning. It also makes it easier to flag items that need conformity review, stock confirmation, or a substitute reference before pricing is discussed.
